Meta provides focused research to help management teams make key strategic decisions.

  • Work may or may not begin with qualitative research, such as focus groups or in-depth interviews. Qualitative research is generally defined as research that utilizes open-ended interviewing to explore and understand the attitudes, opinions, feelings and behavior of individuals or a group of individuals.  And when used in combination with quantifiable data, the information creates a much more detailed picture.
  • Quantitative research, typically by telephone or internet, is conducted by surveying customers and non-customers. Subjects tested:
    • General awareness
    • Public Perception
    • Wants and needs
    • Performance measure against wants and needs
    • Messaging
    • Competitive comparisons
  • Resulting data helps us target areas our client may want to improve and/or to promote. Along with competitor data we are also able to create a big picture for the client allowing them to understand what customers feel is important and where they and other companies rank in the industry. This process not only quantifies our client's current marketing strategies but also provides a much needed advantage in today's demanding marketplace.
  • Studies can be conducted on a one-time only basis or tracked throughout the year for immediate feedback that provides actionable results.
